PLAYSTATION BIG AIR | April 21

The PlayStation Big Air brought the 2007 TELUS World Ski & Snowboard Festival to a close – Whistler style. This was the SECOND Big Air event of the festival and will invite a whole new field of riders to hit the jump, along with the 2006 winners TJ Schneider and Travis Williams along with the top 3 winners from the first weekend; Matt Belzile, Craig Beaulieu and Brad Martin.

With Rahzel, Prevail, Red One and Zaki on the mainstage, riders again competed in the 5, 7, 9 and beyond Super Final. Matt Belzile and Craig Beaulieu made it through to the Super Final for the 2 nd time in a week, and were joined by Dave Fortin for the final 4 jumps of night. Matt Belzile came out on top winning the PlayStation Big Air Champion title, his 2 nd Big Air win of the festival.
